De-Escalation Workshop (In Person)

This workshop will help us become safe and effective upstanders who can identify when a situation requires de-escalation and diagnose the escalated individual’s emotional response. Together we will assemble a bespoke toolbox for the three most common situations, and build confidence and skill mastery through role playing.
